Bitan Ghosh
Bitan Ghosh is Naexo's Chief Executive Officer, leading the company's rapid growth including diversification across all verticals.
The board is responsible for the overall corporate governance of Naexo and the company’s business strategy. Reporting to the CEO is a management team spanning regions, industries and service groups to ensure that, in addition to pursuing the strategic direction set by the board, our behavior in the market aligns with our corporate values.
At Naexo, we believe humanity depends on engineering; and we recognize we have a broader stewardship role to play. Our CEO and executive leadership teams are collectively responsible for the strategic direction, growth and operations of Naexo’s businesses and for ensuring our behavior in the market aligns with our corporate values.
Bitan is a civil engineer with over 7 years’ experience in Oil and Gas, Highway, railway planning, and design and construction projects in India and the Middle East. He has been extensively involved in the design, documentation and construction supervision of major infrastructure projects, including the Mina Al Ahmadi Refinery Expansion project and Al Zour New Refinery Project in Kuwait. Bitan is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, and he has been instrumental in driving Naexo’s diversity business case. He is also passionate about creating an inclusive culture where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work each and every day.
